KATHMANDU: Dr. Nicholas Bhusal, who shared a photo of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chair Rabi Lamichhane sleeping in detention, has been arrested.
A team from the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office apprehended him in Thali on Sunday.
Bhusal had claimed that he took the photo from the CCTV monitoring room while returning from a meeting with Lamichhane in detention.
