NC-aligned NEAT-Nepal declares candidates for TAAN election



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress-aligned National Tourism Entrepreneurs Association of Nepal (NEAT-Nepal) has announced its candidates for the election of Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN) to be held on September 6.

NEAT-Nepal declared Khumbahadur Subedi as a candidate for the presidential post.
Likewise, the meeting of NEAT-Nepal also announced Nabin Trital ( Senior Vice-President), Cholendra Bahadur Karki (First Vice-President), Bharat Sapkota (Second Vice-President), Karma Sherpa (General Secretary), Ritu Gyamdan (Treasurer), Pradeep Ghimire (Secretary) and Suya Kumar Shrestha (Asst. Treasurer) for the upcoming election, Deepak Mahat, President of NEAT-Nepal said.

Likewise, UML-aligned Nepal National Entrepreneurs Tourism Association (NNETA) has announced Anjan Thapa (Kumar) for the post of president. Similarly, other posts for the election are yet to be announced.
There are around 2,000 members in TAAN.
