PM Oli denies misunderstandings between UML and NC

I will visit China from December 2: PM



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has stated that there are currently no misunderstandings between the ruling parties, specifically the UML and the Nepali Congress (NC).

Speaking at a rally organized by the CPN-UML in Kathmandu on Friday, Oli expressed that he has no issues with the Nepali Congress as a potential ruling partner.

He affirmed that the coalition government, which includes both the Nepali Congress and UML, will remain in place until the 2084 BS elections.

In addition, Prime Minister Oli announced that he will visit China starting on December 2, 2024. He stated, “I will visit China from December 2.”

Regarding the government’s tenure, he mentioned that he plans to hand over leadership to Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba in the next 18 months.
