KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the exchange rates for foreign currencies today.
The value of the US dollar and Bahraini dinar remains largely unchanged, trading at the same rates as Sunday.
However, most other foreign currencies, including the Australian dollar, Euro, and British pound, have seen a decline in value.
According to the rates published by the central bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is 134.74 rupees, while the selling rate is 135.34 rupees. The US dollar has maintained these rates for the past four days.
For today, the buying rate for one Euro is 142.04 rupees, and the selling rate is 142.67 rupees, down from 142.51 rupees and 143.15 rupees, respectively, yesterday.
The buying rate for one British pound is 170.04 rupees, and the selling price is 170.80 rupees, compared to yesterday’s rates of 170.87 rupees and 171.63 rupees.
The buying rate for one Australian dollar is 87.07 rupees, with a selling rate of 87.46 rupees, a decrease from yesterday’s buying rate of 87.25 rupees and selling rate of 87.64 rupees.
For one Kuwaiti dinar, the buying rate is 438.01 rupees, and the selling rate is 439.96 rupees, down from yesterday’s rates of 438.24 rupees and 440.19 rupees.
Additionally, the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar is 357.47 rupees, with a selling rate of 359.06 rupees, remaining the same as yesterday.
