POKHARA: Rabi Lamichhane, former Home Minister and Chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), along with former DIG Chabilal Joshi, has been produced before the Kaski District Court in Pokhara.
They were produced before the court for an extension of their detention for further investigation.
The two were arrested in connection with the misappropriation of cooperative funds.
As the court session commenced, the Kaski police stated that Lamichhane and Chabilal were brought before the judge as soon as the counrt opened due to disruptions caused by demonstrations from RSP supporters.
