KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank has released the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Wednesday).

Today, several foreign currencies, including the American and Australian dollars, as well as the Kuwaiti dinar, have seen an increase in value.

Conversely, some currencies, such as the Euro and the British Pound, have depreciated.

According to the exchange rate published by the Nepal Rastra Bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is 134 rupees and 23 paisa, while the selling rate is 134 rupees and 83 paisa.

This reflects a slight increase from yesterday’s rates, which were 134 rupees and 22 paisa for buying and 134 rupees and 82 paisa for selling.

For the Euro, the buying rate remains at 145 rupees and 34 paisa today, with a selling rate of 145 rupees and 99 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying and selling rates were 145 rupees and 65 paisa and 146 rupees and 30 paisa, respectively.

Today, the buying rate for one British Pound is 174 rupees and 24 paisa, and the selling rate is 175 rupees and 02 paisa.

In comparison, yesterday’s rates were 174 rupees and 86 paisa for buying and 175 rupees and 64 paisa for selling.

The buying rate for one Australian dollar today is 89 rupees and 76 paisa, with a selling rate fixed at 90 rupees and 16 paisa.

Yesterday, the buying rate was 89 rupees and 75 paisa, while the selling rate was 90 rupees and 15 paisa.

Additionally, the buying rate for one Kuwaiti dinar has remained at 437 rupees and 97 paisa, with a selling rate of 439 rupees and 93 paisa. Yesterday, the buying and selling rates were 438 rupees and 10 paisa and 440 rupees and 06 paisa, respectively.

Meanwhile, today the buying rate for one Bahraini dinar is 356 rupees and 02 paisa, with a selling rate of 357 rupees and 62 paisa.

Yesterday’s rates for the Bahraini dinar were 355 rupees and 98 paisa for buying and 357 rupees and 57 paisa for selling.
