Flood obstructs Karnali Highway



KALIKOT: The Karnali Highway has been obstructed due to flood in the Takura River at Tilagupha municipality in Kalikot.

This has affected transportation since Monday late evening.

According to the Road Division Office, Jumla, they have sent a dozer to the site in a bid to facilitate the road restoration endeavor.

Ratan Bahadur Shahi, Tilaguha municipality mayor, said efforts were underway to resume the highway soon.
