Today’s foreign currency exchange rates

KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Friday).

The values of several foreign currencies, including the US Dollar, Euro, and Bahraini Dinar, have seen a slight increase, while the pound and Australian dollar have experienced a decline.

According to the bank’s published rates, the buying rate for one US dollar today is 134.06 rupees, and the selling rate is 134.66 rupees.

In comparison, yesterday’s rates were 134.05 rupees for buying and 134.65 rupees for selling.

For the Euro, the buying rate has been set at 146.49 rupees and the selling rate at 147.24 rupees today, up from yesterday’s buying rate of 146.12 rupees and selling rate of 147.61 rupees.

The exchange rate for one pound sterling today is 175.37 rupees for buying and 176.16 rupees for selling, slightly down from yesterday’s rates of 175.44 rupees and 176.22 rupees, respectively.

For the Australian dollar, the buying rate is 90.07 rupees and the selling rate is 90.47 rupees today, compared to yesterday’s buying rate of 90.28 rupees and selling rate of 90.68 rupees.

The buying and selling rates for the Kuwaiti Dinar remain unchanged today at 437.35 rupees and 439.30 rupees, respectively, while yesterday’s rates were 437.34 rupees for buying and 439.30 rupees for selling.

Additionally, the Bahraini Dinar is being exchanged at a buying rate of 355.58 rupees and a selling rate of 357.17 rupees today, slightly up from yesterday’s buying rate of 355.56 rupees and selling rate of 357.15 rupees.
