Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Thursday).

Today, with the value of the US dollar decreasing, many other foreign currencies have seen an increase in value.

According to the bank, the buying rate for one US dollar is set at NPR 134.02, while the selling rate is NPR 134.62.

This marks a decline from the rates on Tuesday and Wednesday, when the buying rate was NPR 134.06 and the selling rate was NPR 134.66.

For the Euro, the buying rate today is NPR 147.72 and the selling rate is NPR 148.38. Yesterday, the Euro’s buying rate was NPR 146.49 and the selling rate was NPR 147.14.

The British pound is being bought at NPR 172.12 and sold at NPR 172.89. The previous day’s rates were NPR 171.43 for buying and NPR 172.20 for selling.

The Australian dollar is priced at NPR 88.80 for buying and NPR 89.20 for selling. Yesterday’s rates were NPR 88.41 for buying and NPR 88.80 for selling.

For the Kuwaiti dinar, the buying rate is NPR 437.93 and the selling rate is NPR 439.89.

Yesterday, these rates were NPR 437.82 for buying and NPR 439.78 for selling.

Finally, the Bahraini dinar is set at a buying rate of NPR 355.56 and a selling rate of NPR 357.15.

The previous day’s rates were NPR 355.64 for buying and NPR 357.24 for selling.
