KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced the foreign currency exchange rates for today (Thursday).

According to NRB, the US dollar continues to reach record highs, while the value of some other foreign currencies has decreased.

Today, the buying rate for one US dollar is set at NPR 134.04, and the selling rate is NPR 134.64.

This is the highest rate ever recorded for the US dollar, which has been steadily rising over the past few weeks.

For comparison, yesterday’s rates were NPR 134.03 (buying) and NPR 134.63 (selling).

The buying rate for one European Euro today is NPR 146.39, with a selling rate of NPR 147.05.

Yesterday’s rates were NPR 146.19 (buying) and NPR 146.85 (selling).

The British pound is valued at NPR 170.68 for buying and NPR 171.44 for selling today, compared to NPR 170.24 (buying) and NPR 171.00 (selling) yesterday.

For the Australian dollar, today’s buying rate is NPR 88.10 and the selling rate is NPR 88.49.

Yesterday, the rates were NPR 86.87 (buying) and NPR 87.26 (selling).

The Kuwaiti dinar is priced at NPR 438.14 for buying and NPR 440.10 for selling today, up from NPR 438.35 (buying) and NPR 440.31 (selling) yesterday.

Similarly, the Bahraini dinar has a buying rate of NPR 355.58 and a selling rate of NPR 357.17 today, while yesterday’s rates were NPR 355.54 (buying) and NPR 357.13 (selling).
