Former Prime Minister Chand admitted to Bir Hospital



KATHMANDU: Former Prime Minister Lokendra Bahadur Chand has been admitted to Bir Hospital.

He has been diagnosed with dengue fever.

Chand was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday afternoon due to high fever and body aches, according to hospital director Dr. Santosh Paudel.

Chand is currently receiving treatment in the VIP ward of Bir Hospital, where he is being monitored by a team led by Dr. Min Chandra Adhikari.
