KATHMANDU: The government led by Prime Minister KP Oli has decided to upgrade the Kirtipur Cricket Ground into a well-equipped stadium.

Prime Minister Oli shared the decision of the cabinet’s first meeting on social media on Monday.

“The decision includes constructing seating parapets for spectators, installing floodlights for nighttime games, and building other necessary infrastructure,” Oli stated.

He also mentioned that a 10-month timeline has been set to complete the upgrade of the Kirtipur Stadium.
