NEPSE surges by double digits, gains 15.79 points



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Tuesday saw a rise, climbing by 15.79 points amidst a transaction of 1 crore 16 lakh 61 thousand 208 shares.

On Tuesday’s trading session, 168 companies witnessed an increase in their share prices, contrasting with declines in 68 companies.

The overall transaction amounted to Rs 5.53 billion on NEPSE, with the share prices of 10 companies remaining unchanged.

Microfinance sector investors emerged as the top gainers in Tuesday’s stock trading on NEPSE.
