LSP to support Madhes Chief Minister Singh in confidence vote



DHANUSHA: The Loktantrik Samajwadi Party (LSP) has decided to support Madhes Province Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singh in the upcoming confidence vote.

Rani Sharma Tiwari, a provincial assembly member, confirmed that the LSP parliamentary party meeting decided to extend their support to Janamat Party leader and Chief Minister Singh.

The LSP holds eight seats in the Madhesh provincial assembly.

Chief Minister Singh will seek a vote of confidence in the provincial assembly today.

The CPN-UML, Nepali Congress, LSP, CPN-Maoist Center, CPN-Unified Socialist, Nagarik Unmukti Party, and the Nepal Federal Socialist Party have all decided to support Singh.
