KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed Sudheer Bhattarai, the Resident Ambassador of Nepal to the Republic of France, as the non-resident ambassador to Monaco.
The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers and in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, according to the Office of the President.
