GULMI: Bal Singh Kauchha has been elected the district committee chairman of CPN (UML) Gulmi by defeating Hira A.C from the voting in the 12th district convention.
Kauchha made it to the post for the second time. In the election happened on Thursday, Kauchha got 384 votes while A.C got 202 votes.
Likewise, Jiban Pokharel was elected the vice-chairman while Dhram BK and Chakra Bandhu Bhusal as the secretary and joint-secretary, respectively.
