KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Poudel has assigned Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Raghubir Mahaseth, the responsibility of acting Prime Minister in the absence of PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
Prime Minister Dahal flew to Delhi on Sunday afternoon to attend the swearing-in ceremony of his Indian counterpart, Narendra Modi.
He is scheduled to return to Nepal on June 10.
