Budget 2081/82: Rs 86.24 billion allocated for health sector

KATHMANDU: The government has allocated RS 86.24 billion for the Ministry of Health and Population in the budget for the upcoming fiscal year 2081-82.

Finance Minister Barshaman Pun announced this allocation while presenting the budget for the upcoming fiscal year at a joint session of the Federal Parliament.

In the current fiscal year, RS 49.80 billion had been allocated for the Ministry of Health and Population.
