Madhes Province Assembly adjourned again due to clash during vote of confidence debate

Janakpurdham: The Madhes Province Assembly session, convened to deliberate on Chief Minister Saroj Kumar Yadav’s vote of confidence motion, has once again been adjourned following clashes in the assembly.

Sources report that lawmakers from the main opposition party, Nepali Congress (NC), and Janamat Party attempted to disrupt proceedings after Chief Minister Yadav tried to introduce the vote of confidence motion in the assembly on Tuesday.

Amidst the commotion caused by NC and Janamat party members, the Speaker adjourned the session for the second time in the day, this time for a duration of 10 minutes.
