NC holding CWEC meeting today



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) is holding a meeting of its Central Work Execution Committee (CWEC) today.

NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba called the meeting to discuss current political developments and party’s future course of action, according to party insiders.

Sources within the party disclosed that the meeting is set to take place at Deuba’s residence in Budhanilkantha at 2 pm today afternoon.

The primary agenda of the CWEC gathering is anticipated to be the finalization of the Nepali Congress candidates for the Ilam-2 and Bajhang-1 constituencies for the upcoming by-elections.
