The agreement is aimed at producing specialist doctors and human resources in the health sector.

Likewise, the NAMS signed the agreement with Karnali Institute of Health Sciences and BPKIHS, according to Vice-Chancellor of Karnali Institute of Health Sciences Dr Mangal Rawal.

With the agreement in effect, all three academies will exchange students and professors, Vice-Chancellor Dr Rawal added.

It is difficult to run academic programs in the remote area compared to the cities but we have also run under graduate and post graduate programs also at Karnali Institute of Health Sciences in Jumla like that of NAMS from Kathmandu and BPKIHS from Dharan, Dr Rawal stated.
