Foreign Minister Shrestha to embark on official visit to China



KATHMANDU: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha is set to embark on an official visit to China on Sunday.

Minister Shrestha’s visit to China comes at the invitation of Wang Yi, the Foreign Minister of China.

According to the secretariat of the Foreign Ministry, Minister Shrestha will undertake the visit as part of a goodwill mission.

During his stay in China, Minister Shrestha will hold discussions with Minister Wang and participate in an event organized by the Embassy of Nepal.

Minister Shrestha is scheduled to return to Nepal on April 1.
