Fire causes damages worth Rs 10 million in Bhojpur



TAKSAR, BHOJPUR: The wildfire that entered the nearby settlement has caused damage amounting to more than 10 million rupees in Bhojpur-12, Taksar.

According to Dal Kumar Rai, the information officer at District Police Office, Bhojpur, the fire which broke out in the community forest on Saturday afternoon damaged seven houses and ten sheds belonging to local residents.
of Kamal Karki, Nar Bahadur Karki, Padam Karki , Bishal Karki, Gajendra Karki, Meena Shrestha and Krishna Basnet were destroyed by the fire.

Similarly, it has been reported that several other locals’ sheds were also destroyed by the fire.

The Nepal Police, Nepali Army, Armed Police Force, and local residents worked tirelessly to control the fire.
