KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel administered the oath of office and secrecy to Bharat Raj Paudel, Nepal’s newly appointed residential ambassador to Canada.

In a ceremony held at Shital Niwas today, Ambassador Paudel took the oath in the presence of high-ranking government officials.
