KATHMANDU: Ruling CPN-UML is holding a meeting of its Secretariat today.

Chairman KP Oli has called a meeting of the party’s Secretariat to assess the implications of the party’s recent alliance and formulate a strategic action plan following its entry into the government.

Party Vice Chairman Asta Laxmi Shakya confirmed the meeting to scrutinize the evolving political landscape.

The primary focus of the meeting will be to deliberate on the recent alliance, delineate various responsibilities related to government participation, and address issues previously discussed in the central committee meeting.
