KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli is scheduled to arrive at Baluwatar for a crucial meeting with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

Simultaneously, ongoing internal discussions within the ruling coalition parties are shaping the political landscape.

As per the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, UML Chairman Oli is slated to engage in discussions at the official residence in Baluwatar.

The anticipated tête-à-tête between the two leaders precedes the task force meeting, where the allocation of ministries among the coalition parties will be deliberated.

Earlier today, Jhalanath Khanal, a senior leader of the Unified Socialist party, held discussions with Prime Minister Dahal.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Dahal and Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane also held talks today at Baluwatar, indicating the dynamic nature of political developments.

Likewise, ongoing negotiations are focused on expanding the ruling coalition to include additional parties, such as Inofoed Socialist.

The current coalition comprises CPN-UML, Maoist Center, RSP, and Janata Samajwadi Party.
