KATHMANDU: The first meeting of the newly-formed ruling alliance is underway at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.

Leaders, including Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, CPN-UML Chairman KP Oli, Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane, Maoist Center leaders Narayan Kaji Shrestha and Barsaman Pun, and CPN-UML leaders Bishnu Paudel and Shankar Pokharel, are attending the meeting.

Breaking away from the alliance with Nepali Congress, Prime Minister Dahal has initiated a fresh collaboration with various parties, prominently featuring the CPN-UML.

PM Dahal is overseeing the restructuring of the four-member cabinet, marking a significant development in this evolving political landscape.
