PM Dahal to address Lumbini Provincial Assembly meeting today

DANG: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ is scheduled to deliver a special address at the second session of the Lumbini Provincial Assembly.

The meeting, set to commence at 2:00 PM on Saturday, was announced by the Secretary of the Provincial Assembly, Durlabh Kumar Pun Magar.

Following the Prime Minister’s arrival, heightened security measures have been implemented in and around the Provincial Assembly building area.

The Prime Minister is expected to travel to the Provincial Assembly directly from the Ideal Model Secondary School premises via a Nepali Army helicopter.

Subsequently, he will address the assembly, followed by meetings with the Chief Minister, Speaker, and other ministers of the province.

After these engagements, the Prime Minister is slated to attend a program organized at the Rapti Rural Municipality’s assembly hall, where he will address the Maoist Center’s district-level party cadres’ training program.
