Socialist Front holding meeting today



KATHMANDU: The Samajwadi Morcha (Socialist Front), a loose alliance of five left-inclined political parties, is holding a meeting today, with discussions centered around the review of organizational expansion and political activities nationwide.

Scheduled to take place at the Unified Socialist office today, the meeting aims to delve into the Front’s achievements and strategize for the future.

Jiwan Ram Shrestha, the Office Secretary of Unified Socialist, stated that the agenda includes an in-depth examination of the government’s performance, a thorough analysis of the current political landscape in the country, and an exploration of international political dynamics.

Leaders from the Maoist Centre, Janata Samajwadi Party, Unified Socialist, and the Nepal Communist Party led by Netra Bikram Chand Biplav are participating in the meeting.

At the helm of this united front is Madhav Kumar Nepal, the Chairman of the Unified Socialist Party.
