NAC offering concessional Kathmandu-Delhi flights to cancer victims

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has been providing free air transport facilities to the cancer patients on the Kathmandu-Delhi-Kathmandu route.

NAC’s spokesperson Ramesh Poudel RSS that the national flag-carrier has been providing 100 percent concession to the cancer patients and up to 50 percent concession to their attendants on the airfare on this route as part of its corporate social responsibility.

The NAC stated in a press release today that have been providing this concession on airfare to the cancer patients and their attendant on this route on the basis of the doctor’s report and the recommendation of Nepal Cancer Relief Society in the context of the World Cancer Day, 2024.
