KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has fixed the foreign currency exchange rates for January 31, 2024.
The purchasing rate for one US dollar stands at 132 rupees 68 paisa, while the selling rate is set at 133 rupees 28 paisa.
Similarly, the purchasing rate for one Euro is 143 rupees 87 paisa, with a selling rate of 144 rupees 52 paisa.
For the British pound, the buying rate is Rs 168 22 paise, and the selling rate is Rs 168 99 paise, as per the Rastra Bank.
Additionally, the buying rate for one Qatari riyal is 36 rupees 40 paisa, and the selling rate is 36 rupees 56 paisa, according to the official statement from the Nepal Rastra Bank.
