KATHMANDU: Bishnu Kumari Pudasaini, representing the women’s cluster from the ruling coalition, has emerged victorious in the National Assembly (NA) election from Bagmati Province.
Pudasaini secured a resounding victory today, garnering a total of 6,626 votes.
Her win included 64 votes from the provincial assembly and an additional 170 votes from the local area, consolidating her support with a total exceeding 6,000 votes.
The victory of Pudasaini underscores the strength of the Nepali Congress in Bagmati and contributes to the party’s success in the ongoing National Assembly elections.
