KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) Index reported a marginal decrease of 0.03%, equivalent to 0.62 points, settling at 2,088.99 points compared to the previous day’s close.

In contrast, the index had registered a gain of 9.50 points in the preceding trading session.

The day commenced with the index opening at 2,091.28 and fluctuated between an intraday low of 2,082.49 and a high of 2,106.43.

Throughout today’s trading activities, a total of 307 different stocks were exchanged in 79,389 transactions.

The trading volume reached 22,132,768 shares, resulting in a total turnover of Rs. 4.30 Arba.

The market capitalization stood at Rs. 32.81 Kharba, accompanied by a float market capitalization of Rs. 11.33 Kharba.
