Federal civil service bill should be enacted and enforced at earliest: UML leader Gyawali

PARVAT: CPN-UML’s deputy general secretary Pradeep Gyawali has called for enacting and enforcing the federal civil service bill without any delay.

Addressing a training program organized by the Nepal Civil Service Employees’ Organization, Parbat in Bhukedeurali on Saturday, leader Gyawali said the administrative sector has witnessed complications when the federal civil service bill has yet to be enacted and enforced.

He asked the government to immediately bring the civil service bill to the parliament for enactment. In absence of the federal laws, including civil service and education laws, implementation of federalism has seen challenges, he argued.

Also speaking on the occasion, CPN-UML’s parliamentary party chief whip, Padam Giri accused the government of dillydallying in enacting the federal civil service law
