KATHMANDU: Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar met with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Thursday at Singha Durbar during his official visit to Kathmandu.

Foreign Minister Jaishankar, who arrived in the capital earlier in the day, held discussions with PM Dahal as part of his diplomatic mission.

Prior to this, Minister Jaishankar had meetings with President Ram Chandra Poudel and his Nepali counterpart NP Saud.

The visit is in connection with the seventh edition of the Nepal-India Foreign Ministry-level Joint Commission, which Minister Jaishankar is attending during his stay in Kathmandu. The engagements aim to strengthen bilateral relations and foster collaboration between Nepal and India.
