KATHMANDU: Leaders of the ruling coalition are engaged in a “crucial” meeting at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.

The Prime Minister’s Secretariat stated that discussions in the ongoing meeting focus on pivotal issues, including shareholding, Ncell, gold smuggling, and the TRC Bill.

With the election date for the 19 vacant National Assembly seats drawing near, the parties within the coalition are on the verge of reaching an agreement on the distribution of shares.

However, a final decision has yet to be reached.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, and United Samajwadi Party Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal, among other top leaders, are participating in the meeting as they navigate through these critical discussions.
