Deuba inaugurates NC’s first Lumbini Province Conference in Butwal



KATHMANDU: Sher Bahadur Deuba, the President of the Nepali Congress (NC) party, officially opened the party’s inaugural Lumbini Province Conference in Butwal today.

The two-day event has been graced by the presence of Deuba, Dr. Shekhar Koirala, Gagan Kumar Thapa, Biswaprakash Sharma, Kishwor Singh Rathor, leaders from the central committee, and the party’s presidents from all seven provinces, alongside more than 750 representatives.

Following addresses by various leaders, the agenda includes presentations on the Economic Report, Organizational Report, and Political Report. Deliberations on these reports are anticipated to chart the party’s course for the future.
