RSP’s door-to-door campaign kicks off on Saturday



KATHMANDU: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has launched a door-to-door campaign starting from today.

Spokesperson and General-Secretary of RSP, Dr Mukul Dhakal, shared that the three-day door-to-door campaign was launched so as to solicit suggestions from the public as well as to thank the voters since the last parliamentary elections in November, 2022.

Coming November 20 marks a year of parliamentary election in the country where the new party had contested and went on to become the fourth largest party in the parliament.

Spokesperson Dr Dhakal informed that each RSP parliamentarians will interact with the voters with a report card illustrating what they had delivered over the period of a year.

The voters, during the campaign, will get to fill the forms furnishing suggestions to the party for it to deliver as per the aspirations of the voters.

The campaign is an extension of what the party had pledged during their election campaign last year, he mentioned.

Deputy General-Secretary Kabindra Burlakoti said all RSS parliamentarians, contestants and central members among others will be involving in the campaign.

According to him, party’s leaders and cadres will be mobilized in 131 constituencies and 10 additional constituencies.
