Bara Principal murder case: Police nab five accused



BARA: The police have arrested 5 people including the main plotter in the case of the killing of 35-year-old Rupesh Swarnakar alias Guddu, the owner and headmaster of Bal Ekta English Boarding School in Kalaiya Sub-Metropolitan City-6 Madrasa Toll.

Among those arrested are 22-year-old Radha Gupta of Kalaiya sub-metropolis-6 Madarsa tol, 34-year-old Jamil Akhtar, 26-year-old Riyaz Ansari of Rampur, 23-year-old Chandan Kumar and Abhinav Kumar of Motihari East Champaran India.

Rupesh, who was seriously injured in the firing at Madarsha Tole on Monday afternoon, died during treatment at Narayani Medicity Bayodha Hospital in Birgunj and 4 bullet casings were recovered from the scene.

Among the arrested, Radha Gupta was the main planner and information exchanger, Jamil Akhtar and Riyaz Ansari were associates, and Chandan Kumar and Abhinav Kumar were the members of the shooter gang.

According to police, the preliminary investigation has shown that the incident happened because of an extramarital love affair.

In addition to the above-mentioned people, 25-year-old Sujit Kumar Singh, 24-year-old Chanchal Pandey, 22-year-old Manish Kumar Sahani, and 20-year-old Kameshwar Sahani of India Motihari Darpa Police Station-1 Suklahia were also found involved in the firing, the police said.

The police are investigating further in this regard.
