KATHMANDU: This Dashain, Former King Gyanendra Shah will be performing the significant tradition of offering tika and prasad to the general public.
The Secretariat of Former King Shah has announced that he will administer tika to the public at 4 pm on Vijayadashami. Both Former King Shah and his wife, Komal Rajya Lakshmi Devi Shah, will bestow tika and blessings upon well-wishers and the general populace this year.
It’s worth noting that during last year’s Vijayadashami, Former King Shah did not partake in the customary tika-giving to the common people.
