Constitution has incorporated people’s rights: Koshi CM Karki



BIRATNAGAR: Chief Minister of Koshi Province, Hikmat Kumar Karki, has said people’s rights have been highly incorporated in the constitution.

Handing over different types of disaster materials worth Rs 4.7 million to Nepal Police Koshi Province Chief, Rajeshnath Bastola, and Chief of Armed Police Force Nepal No 1 Baraha Brigade Pakali, Sunsari, Anjani Kumar Pokharel, Chief Minister Karki clarified that our constitution has guaranteed human rights and fundamental rights.

Chief Minister Karki, who is also taking the charge of Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law, laid emphasis that one and all should be involved to maintain the country’s economic progress, political stability and national and provincial identity.

Expressing commitment to provide support to awareness programs to be launched by security bodies to prevent suicide cases, he mentioned that the role of security bodies is significant to strengthen all types of security systems of the country.

The Chief Minister expressed the belief that the government would coordinate with two security forces to develop it as people’s friendly force and maintain dignity by establishing strong security.
