CHITWAN: Dr. Shivaji Paudel has assumed the role of Executive Director at the BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital in Bharatpur.
Following a selection process, the recommendation sub-committee, established by the hospital management committee, put forth the names of Dr. Krishna Sagar Sharma, Dr. Pradeep Neupane, and Dr. Paudel for consideration.
Dr. Anil Bikram Karki, a member of the board of directors, stated that the hospital’s board unanimously reached a decision to appoint Dr. Paudel.
This decision was reached after a deliberation among the board members.
Dr. Poudel’s appointment as Executive Director was officially endorsed by the board of directors on Monday, stemming from the recommendations put forward by the sub-committee on the preceding Sunday evening.
Dr. Poudel, a Radiation Oncologist, has been actively contributing to the hospital’s advancements in the field.
He is also the Vice President of the Nepal Medical Council.
