KATHMANDU: Keshav Tuladhar, who was released on bail in the Bhutanese refugee case, has been re-arrested by the police.
District Police Range Kathmandu SP Sitaram Rijal informed that Tuladhar was arrested again on the charge of embezzlement of the land of Lalita Niwas.
Kathmandu District Court Judge Madhav Prasad Ghimire ordered Tuladhar to be released on a bail of Rs 1.5 million on Sunday.
The court ordered his release for bail of Rs. 1.5 million in fraud-related cases in the Bhutanese Refugee case.
Tuladhar of Kathmandu-30 Asan was arrested again after posting bail.
SP Rijal said that Tuladhar would be entrusted to the Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police.
