KATHMANDU: A miracle thing took place in the final match between Nepal and Hong Kong under the ACC U-19 Eastern Region 2019 on Tuesday.

When the match umpire flicked the coin for the teams to choose either head and tail of it, the coin couldn’t budge either way rather it got stuck upright in the middle, compelling the referee to redo it.

Finally, Nepal won the toss and elected to field.

Invited to bat first after losing the toss, Hong Kong set a 96-run target for Nepal at the final match of the ACC U-19 Eastern Region underway at Kinrara Oval in Malaysia. Hong Kong was all out for 95 runs in 43.1 overs.

Earlier, Nepal defeated Malaysia by seven wickets while Hong Kong beat Singapore by 51 runs in D/L method to sail into the final match of ACC U-19 Eastern Region.
