SC dismisses writ against RSP Chairman Rabi Lamichhane



KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court has dismissed the writ filed against Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane.

The writ filed by Yuvraj Safal was dismissed on Wednesday by the Constitutional Bench consisting of Chief Justice Harikrishna Karki, Justices Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha, Ananda Mohan Bhattarai, Prakashman Singh Raut and Sapana Pradhan Malla.

After the Attorney General’s Office decided not to pursue the case in the passport dispute, Safal filed a writ against Lamichhane in the Constitutional Bench on May 24.
