4.6-magnitude earthquake jolts Kathmandu Valley

KATHMANDU:  An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale jolted Kathmandu Valley and adjoining districts on Saturday afternoon sending people out from houses.

According to the National Seismological Center (NSC), the earthquake was recorded at 4:15 pm with epicenter in Sallaghari, Bhaktapur.

It was an aftershock of the 2015 earthquake, NSC said.
