HoR passes government policy and programs

The House of Representatives (HoR) endorsed the annual policy and programs of the Nepal government for upcoming fiscal year. Today’s meeting of the HoR has passed the policy and programs by a majority.

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda’s visit to India has been officially announced on Saturday. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal and the Ministry of External Affairs of India jointly announced today the official date of Prime Minister Dahal’s India. PM Dahal is scheduled to visit India from May 31 to June 3.

CIAA investigating into misappropriations on ‘Jalahari’: PM Dahal

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) was carrying out investigations into the complaints received on misappropriations on installation of Jalahari in the Pashupatinath Temple. The government will assist in the investigation process, PM Dahal said.
