PM Dahal assures of finalizing Transitional Justice Bill soon



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said the bill relating to Transitional Justice (TJ) would be finalized soon by building consensus within parliament and among political parties.

PM Dahal, who is also the Chairman of the Maoist Centre, said the bill on Transitional Justice would be finalized in a way it respects and provides relief to the family of the disappeared and injured fighters.

“Discussions were being held positively among the coalition partners. Political parties, including Nepali Congress and CPN UML, have support and commitment to the bill,” he said, assuring to address the issue soon.

He said unity among the revolutionary forces is imperative for a socialist revolution.
