Oman Vs UAE match to be first ODI match at Mulpani Cricket Ground



KATHMANDU: The match between Oman and United Arab Emirates (UAE) to be played at the upper cricket ground of Mulpani is going to be the first one-day internationally recognized match.

The semi-final match between Oman and UAE will be held on Saturday as part of the ACC Premier Cup cricket tournament.

Acting Secretary of Nepal Cricket Association (CAN) Durgaraj Pathak said that the ODI match between Oman and UAE will get international recognition.

For the first time, a recognized ODI match is going to be held at the upper cricket ground. Oman and UAE are recognized ODI teams.

With this, Mulpani Cricket ground will become the second ground to receive ODI international recognition. Earlier, the TU Cricket Ground was recognized as a ground eligible for one-day international.
