PM Dahal betrayed China, made Nepal a playground for foreigners: UML Chair Oli

KATHMANDU: Chairman of CPN- UML and former Prime Minister KP Oli has accused the CPN-Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’-led government of trying to make the country a playground for foreigners.

Speaking at a program organized in the party’s central office in Chyasal, Lalitpur on Saturday, Oli claimed that by accepting India’s proposal to open a university in Mustang, Prime Minister Dahal betrayed China and wanted to make the country a playground for foreigners.

He expressed concern over the uranium ore present in Mustang and said that letting foreigners open the university in a sensitive place can be dangerous for the country.

Chairman Oli said that the government should be ashamed talking about building a university in a place where there are no people.

He also objected to the PM Dahal’s said interference in the provision of testing the pesticides impacts in the vegetables coming from India and accused the Prime Minister of putting Nepali’s life at stake to please foreigners.
